两株海洋真菌生理活性物质的初步研究的中期报告 摘要: 本研究选取了两株具有潜在生物活性的海洋真菌进行研究,分别为菌株A和菌株B。通过分离培养和初步鉴定,确定其分别属于曲靖红树林土样和国内海洋环境中分离获得的两株未知真菌。初步生理活性测定表明菌株A在TTC和硝基蓝染色法实验中均呈弱阳性反应,表明其具有还原酶和蛋白酶活性。菌株B在三甲基溴化铵法实验中呈阳性反应,表明其具有抗菌活性。进一步的化学分析和生物活性鉴定正在进行中。 关键词:海洋真菌;生理活性;化学分析;生物活性鉴定 Introduction: Marinefungihaveshowngreatpotentialasasourceofbiologicallyactivecompounds,includingthosewithanti-tumor,anti-viral,andanti-bacterialproperties.Inthisstudy,weselectedtwomarinefungalstrainsforpreliminaryinvestigationoftheirpotentialbioactivities.StrainAwasisolatedfromsedimentcollectedfromamangroveforestinQujing,whilestrainBwasobtainedfromasampleofmarineenvironmentinChina. Methods: Thefungalstrainswereisolatedandidentifiedbymorphologicalandmolecularmethods.Thephysiologicactivitiesofthefungalstrainswereassessedthroughvariousbiochemicaltests,includingTTC,nitrobluetetrazolium(NBT),andtrimethylbromide(TMB)assays. Results: PreliminaryresultsshowedthatstrainAexhibitedweakpositivereactionsinbothTTCandNBTassays,indicatingthepresenceofreductaseandproteaseactivity.StrainB,ontheotherhand,exhibitedpositiveactivityintheTMBassay,indicatingitspotentialasanantibacterialagent.Furtherchemicalanalysisandbiologicalactivitytestingareongoing. Conclusion: Ourstudyprovidespreliminaryevidenceforthepresenceofbiologicallyactivecompoundswithinmarinefungalspecies.Theidentificationofsuchcompoundscouldhaveimportantimplicationsforthedevelopmentofnewdrugsandtherapies.Additionalstudiesarewarrantedtofurtherelucidatetheactivitiesofthesecompounds,andtoisolateandcharacterizenovelcompoundsfrommarinefungi.
