动态硫化IIRPATPV热塑性硫化胶的制备与研究的中期报告 摘要： 本报告主要介绍了一种新型的热塑性硫化胶——动态硫化IIRPATPV的制备方法及其性能研究进展。首先介绍了IIRPATPV的基本原理和制备工艺，包括加工条件的优化、动态硫化剂的选择以及胶料的广泛应用等方面。然后针对其物理性能和化学性能进行了详细的测试和分析，包括硬度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、热稳定性、耐油性、耐氧性以及耐酸碱性等方面。最后，讨论了进一步改进该热塑性硫化胶的可能性和应用前景。 关键词：动态硫化；热塑性硫化胶；IIRPATPV；物理性能；化学性能；应用前景 Abstract: Thisreportmainlyintroducesanewtypeofthermoplasticvulcanizedrubber-dynamicvulcanizedIIRPATPV'spreparationmethodanditsperformanceresearchprogress.Firstly,thebasicprincipleandpreparationprocessofIIRPATPVareintroduced,includingtheoptimizationofprocessingconditions,theselectionofdynamicvulcanizingagent,andthewideapplicationofrubbermaterials.Then,thephysicalandchemicalpropertiesofthevulcanizedrubberweretestedandanalyzedindetail,includinghardness,tensilestrength,elongationatbreak,thermalstability,oilresistance,oxidationresistance,andacid-baseresistance.Finally,thepossibilityandapplicationprospectsoffurtherimprovingthisthermoplasticvulcanizedrubberarediscussed.
