2010年泰安市居民死因分析及疾病负担研究的开题报告 【摘要】 目的：研究2010年泰安市居民死因及疾病负担，掌握其死因结构，为制定健康政策提供科学依据。 方法：统计2010年泰安市居民死亡原因，采用年龄、性别等多种因素进行分析，以及采用DALY指标来对疾病负担进行评估。 结果：2010年泰安市居民死亡数为6565人，全市居民死亡率为6.14‰，男性死亡率为8.50‰，女性死亡率为3.71‰。前五位死因分别为心血管疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、外伤。DALY指标显示，泰安市居民疾病负担主要来自于神经精神疾病、心血管疾病、肝炎和肝硬化等十种疾病。 结论：心血管疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病等仍是泰安市居民死亡的主要原因，神经精神疾病、心血管疾病、肝炎和肝硬化等疾病对泰安市居民健康的负担比较重，需要加强健康教育和预防措施。 【关键词】泰安市，死因结构，疾病负担，DALY指标，健康教育 【Abstract】 Objective:ToanalyzethecauseofdeathsanddiseaseburdenofresidentsinTaiancityin2010,tounderstandthestructureofthecauseofdeath,andtoprovidescientificbasisfortheformulationofhealthpolicies. Methods:ThedeathcausesofresidentsinTaiancityin2010werecollectedandanalyzedbyage,gender,andotherfactors.TheDALYindexwasalsousedtoevaluatethediseaseburden. Results:In2010,thenumberofdeathsinTaiancitywas6,565,andthemortalityratewas6.14‰.Themortalityratewas8.50‰formalesand3.71‰forfemales.Thetopfivecausesofdeathwerecardiovasculardisease,cancer,respiratorysystemdisease,digestivesystemdisease,andtrauma.TheDALYindexshowedthatthemaindiseasesburdenonresidentsinTaiancitywereneurologicalandpsychiatricdiseases,cardiovasculardiseases,HepatitisBandHepatitisC,andothertendiseases. Conclusion:Cardiovasculardiseases,cancer,respiratorysystemdiseasesarestillthemaincausesofdeathforresidentsinTaiancity.Neurologicalandpsychiatricdiseases,cardiovasculardiseases,HepatitisBandHepatitisC,andotherdiseaseshaverelativelyheavydiseaseburdenonresidents,whichrequiresstrengtheninghealtheducationandpreventionmeasures. 【Keywords】Taiancity;causeofdeathstructure;diseaseburden;DALYindex;healtheducation.
