Thisstudyaimstoresearchthestrategictransformationandperformanceevaluationofstate-ownedcommercialbanks,anddisplaytheresearchachievementsthroughthemidtermreport.Thisstudyusestheliteraturereview,caseanalysis,anddataanalysismethodstoconductin-depthresearchonthestrategictransformationandperformanceevaluationofstate-ownedcommercialbanks.
Theresultsshowthatstate-ownedcommercialbanksmustimprovetheircompetitivenessbystrategictransformationinthefaceofchangesinmarketenvironmentandcompetitivepressures.Thestrategictransformationincludesupgradingthevaluechain,businesstransformation,technologicalinnovation,andotheraspects.Strategictransformationneedstoconsiderbank'scharacteristics,aswellasmarketenvironmentandpolicyfactors.Inaddition,performanceevaluationisalsoanessentialpartofstrategictransformationprocess,whichcanbeevaluatedthroughfinancialindicators,marketevaluationindicators,customersatisfaction,andotherindicators.
