不同无机磷水平日粮添加植酸酶对肉鸡生长发育及养分利用的影响的中期报告 摘要: 本研究旨在探讨不同无机磷水平日粮添加植酸酶对肉鸡生长发育及养分利用的影响。共选取120只42日龄的雄性罗斯肉鸡,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只。分别为对照组(CP、Ca和dP满足国家标准)、降低磷水平组(CP、Ca和dP分别降低0.1%)、添加植酸酶组(CP、Ca和dP满足国家标准,添加植酸酶500U/kg,每日2次),和降低磷水平+添加植酸酶组(CP、Ca和dP分别降低0.1%,添加植酸酶500U/kg,每日2次)。试验持续4周。结果显示,与对照组相比,降低磷水平组和添加植酸酶组的体重增长率和饲料转化率明显降低(P<0.05),降低磷水平+添加植酸酶组的体重增长率、饲料转化率和抗牢力都有所改善(P<0.05)。降低磷水平组和添加植酸酶组的钙、磷摄入量、均摊钙利用率、均摊磷利用率、血浆无机磷和血清钙含量明显不如对照组(P<0.05),而添加植酸酶和降低磷水平+添加植酸酶组的上述参数都有所提高(P<0.05)。据此,降低日粮磷水平会对肉鸡的生长和养分利用产生负面影响,添加植酸酶可以部分缓解这种负面影响。 关键词:肉鸡;无机磷水平;植酸酶;生长发育;养分利用 Abstract: Theaimofthisstudywastoexploretheeffectsofdifferentinorganicphosphoruslevelsandphytase supplementationongrowth,development,andnutrientutilizationofbroilers.Atotalof120maleRoss broilersaged42dayswererandomlydividedinto4groupswith3replicatesand10birdsperreplicate.The groupswereasfollows:controlgroup(CP,Ca,anddPmetnationalstandards),lowphosphorusgroup(CP, Ca,anddPreducedby0.1%),phytase-addedgroup(CP,Ca,anddPmetnationalstandards,500U/kgphytase addedtwicedaily),andlowphosphorus+phytase-addedgroup(CP,Ca,anddPreducedby0.1%,500U/kg phytaseaddedtwicedaily).Theexperimentlastedfor4weeks.Theresultsshowedthatcomparedwiththe controlgroup,thebodyweightgainandfeedconversionrateofthelowphosphorusgroupandphytase-added groupweresignificantlydecreased(P<0.05),whilethoseofthelowphosphorus+phytase-addedgroupwere improved(P<0.05).Thecalciumandphosphorusintake,averagecalciumutilization,averagephosphorus utilization,plasmainorganicphosphorus,andserumcalciumcontentofthelowphosphorusgroupandphytaseadded groupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05),whilethoseofthephytaseadded groupandlowphosphorus+phytase-addedgroupweresignificantlyincreased(P<0.05).Therefore, reducingthedietaryphosphoruslevelmayhaveanegativeimpactonthegrowthandnutrientutilizationof broilers,andphytasesupplementationcanpartiallyalleviatethisnegativeimpact.
