摘要：
公众参与社会管理已成为中国社会建设中的重要议题。本文以中国社会管理实践为研究对象，分析公众参与社会管理的现状、问题和挑战，并提出相应的建议和对策。研究发现，公众参与社会管理面临的问题主要包括认知偏差、制度不足、参与意愿不强、参与权益不足等方面。为推进公众参与社会管理，应重视宣传教育、完善制度、加强合作、增强社会信任等方面的工作。

Abstract：
PublicparticipationinsocialmanagementhasbecomeanimportantissueinChina'ssocialconstruction.Thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituation,problemsandchallengesofpublicparticipationinsocialmanagementinthepracticeofChina'ssocialmanagement,andputsforwardcorrespondingsuggestionsandcountermeasures.Thestudyfoundthattheproblemsfacedbypublicparticipationinsocialmanagementmainlyincludecognitivebias,insufficientsystem,weakparticipationwillingness,insufficientparticipationrights,andsoon.Topromotepublicparticipationinsocialmanagement,weshouldpayattentiontopropagandaandeducation,perfectthesystem,strengthencooperation,enhancesocialtrustandotheraspectsofwork.
