不同时期异体骨髓间充质干细胞移植对大鼠肝纤维化的作用的中期报告
摘要：
本研究旨在探讨不同时期异体骨髓间充质干细胞移植对大鼠肝纤维化的作用。采用40只SD大鼠，模型组采用四氯化碳诱导肝纤维化，分别在8周、12周及16周时进行异体骨髓间充质干细胞移植，移植后进行动物检测。结果显示，各组均已较好建立了肝纤维化模型，并且经过移植后，肝组织病理学检查结果显示移植组肝组织病理学分数均有显著改善。肝脏指标检测发现，组间差别显著（P<0.05），其中16周组与12周组比较差异最明显。实验表明，不同时期的异体骨髓间充质干细胞移植对大鼠肝纤维化具有明显的治疗效果。

Abstract:
Thisstudyaimedtoinvestigatetheeffectofallogeneicbonemarrow-derivedmesenchymalstemcelltransplantationonliverfibrosisinratsatdifferenttimeperiods.FortySDratswereused,andthemodelgroupwasinducedbycarbontetrachloridetoestablishliverfibrosis.Allogeneicbonemarrow-derivedmesenchymalstemcellsweretransplantedat8,12,and16weeksrespectively,followedbyanimaldetection.Theresultsshowedthatliverfibrosismodelswereestablishedwellinallgroups.Aftertransplantation,thepathologicalscoresofthelivertissueinthetransplantationgroupweresignificantlyimproved.Liverindicatorsweresignificantlydifferentamonggroups(P<0.05),andthemostsignificantdifferencewasfoundbetweenthe16-weekgroupandthe12-weekgroup.Theexperimentindicatedthatallogeneicbonemarrow-derivedmesenchymalstemcelltransplantationatdifferenttimeperiodshasasignificanttherapeuticeffectonliverfibrosisinrats.
