Objectives: 1.StudytheexistingRRMalgorithmusedinTD-SCDMAsystemandanalyzeitsstrengthsandweaknesses. 2.Proposeimprovementstotheexistingalgorithmthatcanenhancetheresourceutilizationandnetworkperformance. 3.Designsimulationmodelstoevaluatetheperformanceoftheproposedalgorithmunderdifferentscenarios. 4.Analyzethesimulationresultsandcomparethemwiththeexistingalgorithmtomeasuretheeffectivenessoftheproposedimprovements.
