层状前体法制备的镍锌铁氧体及其特性拓展的中期报告 Abstract Inthismid-termreport,alayeredprecursormethodwasusedtosynthesizenickelzincferrite(NZFO)nanoparticles.Thestructural,magnetic,anddielectricpropertiesofthesynthesizedNZFOwereexplored. TheresultsshowedthatthepreparedNZFOnanoparticleshadaspinelcubicstructurewithacrystallitesizeofaround25nm.ThemagneticanalysisindicatedthattheNZFOhadamoderatesaturationmagnetizationandaweakcoercivity,whichindicatedthepresenceofweakmagneticinteractionsbetweenthenanoparticles.Thedielectricmeasurementsrevealedthedielectricdispersion,whichwasattributedtotheinterfacialpolarizationofthenanoparticles.Thefrequency-dependentdielectricconstantanddielectriclossalsoshowedtheinfluenceoftheinterfacialpolarizationonthedielectricpropertiesofNZFO. Inthefuture,thesynthesizedNZFOnanoparticlescanbefurtherexploredfortheirapplicationsinmagneticandelectricaldevicessuchaselectromagneticabsorbers,microwavedevices,andsensors. Introduction Nickelzincferrite(NZFO)isapromisingmagneticmaterialduetoitshighmagneticpermeability,lowelectricalconductivity,andwidefrequencyrangeofmagneticpermeability.TheNZFOhasbeenextensivelystudiedforvariousapplicationssuchashigh-frequencymagneticdevices,electromagneticinterferenceshielding,andmicrowaveabsorbers. However,theconventionalpreparationmethodsofNZFOsuchassolid-statereaction,co-precipitation,andsol-gelmethodshavesomedrawbackssuchasdifficultiesincontrollingtheparticlesize,difficultyinobtaininghomogeneity,andlowyield.Therefore,alternativemethodsareneededforsynthesizingNZFOnanoparticleswithbettercontroloversize,morphology,andproperties. Inthisstudy,wereportthesynthesisofNZFOnanoparticlesusingalayeredprecursormethodandthecharacterizationofthesynthesizednanoparticlesusingstructural,magnetic,anddielectricmeasurements.
