【摘要】长期以来,中小企业的发展在我国国民经济建设中发挥了重要的作用,但是它的发展却受着资金的制约，解决中小企业融资难的问题已经迫在眉睫。因此要对我国中小企业融资中存在的问题及其成因进行剖析并制定出相应的措施。本文对中小企业融资现状和融资困难的原因，分别从国家宏观政策、金融体系、企业自身素质三个方面进行分析,得出我国中小企业的社会金融体系不够完善、信用担保不成熟、中小企业信息不对称、自身体制不健全、信用度低等都是造成中小企业融资困难的主要因素。并在借鉴国外经验的基础上，结合我国国情，提出要从中小企业自身抓起，切实提高企业总体素质，同时加速建立多层次、全方位、完善的中小企业融资支持体系和健全的经营机制，改善中小企业融资的宏观政策环境，才能保障中小企业健康快速的发展，促进我国国民经济的发展。

【Abstract】:Foralongtime,small-mediumsizedenterpriseshaveplayed
importantrolesindevelopmentofnationaleconomyconstruction.However,
therearemanyfactorsrestrainingdevelopmentofsmall-mediumsized
enterprisesinChina,speciallyfinancingbottle-neck.Itisnecessarytosettle
tosolvethefinancingproblem.First,weshouldanalyzethefinancing
problemsofsmall-mediumsizedenterprisesandmakecorresponding
steps.Thispapermainlyanalyzethepresentingconditionsandthecausesof
financingplightfromthefollowingthreeaspects:Nationalmacro-policy、
Financialsystem、qualityoftheenterprisesitself,thenwecometothe
conclusion.Theyaretheprincipalfactorswhichmakethesmall-medium
sizedenterpriseshardtofinance,suchastheimperfectionsocialfinancing
system、immaturityofcreditwarranty、asymmetricinformationofthe
enterprises、unsoundsystemofenterprisesthemselves、thelowcreditsand
soon.Onthebasesofbenefitingfromforeignexperiencesandfundamental
realitiesofourcountry,wewillgetdowntoimprovethequalityoftheir
own.Atthesametime,wealsoacceleratetobuildmulti-levels,
all-dimensional,perfectsupportivefinancingsystemandimprovethe
macro-policyenvironment.Inthiscase,wecanensurethequickand
healthydevelopmentofsmall-mediumsizedenterprisesandevenourwhole
nationaleconomy.
