摘要 本设计为霍尔辛赫煤矿南二采区设计,设计生产能力为前期2.4Mt/a,后期升之为3Mt/a,服务年限为9.22a。井田只开采3号煤层。采区平均东西长5.88km,南北宽2.66km,面积9.88k㎡。总的工业储量为66577kt,可采储量38731kt。采区煤层储量丰富,开采厚度平均5.8m(纯煤厚度5.5m),煤质较好,发育稳定,单层夹矸薄(0.2~0.3m),构造比较简单,煤层产状平缓,倾角一般在0°~5°左右。煤层顶底板岩层多为泥岩、砂质泥岩、粉砂岩、细砂岩等。由于采区内地面村庄密布,是影响井下开采方法选择的主要因素。为了尽量提高资源利用率,以及受煤层地质条件等其它因素影响,考虑以上诸多因素,经多方案比较后,决定本采区内采用常规综放和条带跳采采煤法开采,工作面全部为综合机械化采煤。采区内共有21个常规综放工作面和6个条带跳采综放采煤面。 关键词:采区设计常规综放条带跳采综合机械化 ABSTRACT ThedesignfortheSecondSouthHuoerxinhecoalminingareadesign,thedesignofpre-productioncapacityof2.4Mt/a,orasalate3Mt/a,lengthofservicefor9.22a.Mineisonlyonthe3rdcoalmining.Miningareafromeasttowestonaverage5.88km,north-southwidth2.66km,area9.88k㎡.Thetotalreservesofindustrial66577kt,recoverablereserves38731kt.Miningarearichincoalreserves,theexploitationoftheaveragethicknessof5.8m(netcoalthicknessof5.5m),coalqualityisbetter,developmentofstable,single-layerthintonstein(0.2~0.3m),arelativelysimplestructure,flatseamoccurrence,thegeneralinclinationinthe0°~5°orso.Seamroofandfloorrocksaremostlyshale,mudstone,siltstone,finesandstoneandsoon.Miningvillagesintheregionasaresultofthegroundcovered,theimpactofundergroundminingmethodsisamajorfactorinselection.Inordertomaximizeresourceutilization,aswellasthegeologicalconditionsofcoalbyotherfactors,takeintoaccounttheabovefactors,themulti-programcomparison,wehavedecidedtoadopttheareaoftheconventionalfullymechanizedcavingandstripminingcoalminingjumped,allfaceintegratedmechanizedmining.Atotalof21miningareaofconventionaltop-coalcavingfaceandjumpedsixbandsoffullymechanizedcavingcoalsurfacemining.
