基于ERP的库存管理与控制研究
当代社会，企业为了提升管理水平越来越重视信息化的建设。ERP系统作为一种先进的信息管理系统因此得到了广泛的推广。在这种背景下，库存管理作为企业管理中的重要组成部分呈现出新的特点，同时也面临新的问题。因此在新环境下开展库存管理研究具有重要意义。
本文阐述了本课题研究现状和理论，分析了企业在ERP环境下库存管理存在的问题，并提出其解决的方法，论述了采用不同的库存控制策略。本文的主要工作与研究成果包括：
一、介绍了本课题的研究背景、意义和主要内容,综合国内外近几十年来库存方面的相关文献进行了综述。
二、阐述了ERP理论和库存管理的理论知识,包括ERP的核心思想及应用现状，库存对企业经营的影响以及传统的库存控制方法，并对库存与ERP之间的关系进行了阐述。
三、详细分析了我国企业在ERP环境下库存管理存在的问题，供应链中不确定性以及库存控制中的牛鞭效应产生的原因，提出了针对供应链不同环节的业务需求采用不同的控制策略，以降低库存，减小库存成本。
四、结合实际案例，探讨其库存管理存在的问题,提出可采用弹性库存管理并给出相应的解决方案，并结合ORACLE系统给与实现。

Abstract
Inmodernsociety,theenterprisepaymoreandmoreattentiontoinformationizationconstructioninordertoimprovethelevelofmanagement.Asakindofadvancedinformationmanagementsystem,ERPsystemthushasbeenwidelyimplemented.Underthecircumstances.Asanimportantpartinenterprisemanagement,inventorymanagementispresentingthenewcharacteristics,anditisalsofacedwiththenewproblems.Therefore,ithasveryimportantsignificancetodoresearchoninventorymanagement.
ThispaperhasresearchedinventorycontrolbasedonERPthroughthemethodoftheoryandpracticecombination.IthasanalyzedtheprobleminstockintheenterpriseinourcountryundertheenvironmentofERPandputforwardthemethodofitssolution,aswellas,discussedthedifferentcontrollingstrategyinstock.Themajorworkingandresearchaccomplishmentofthispaperincludes:
1.Haveintroducedtheresearchbackground,meaningandmaincontentareaofforeignanddomesticresearchinrecentdecadesandliterature.
2.HaveExpoundedtheERPtheoryandinventorymanagementtheory,includingERPcoreideaandapplicationstatus,influenceonenterpriseinventorymanagementandtraditionalinventorycontrolmethods,andexplainstherelationshipbetweeninventoryandERP.
3.HavemadeadetailedanalysistheprobleminstockintheenterprisesofourcountryundertheenvironmentofERPandonthereasonoftheuncertaintyandbullwhipeffectincontrolstockandhaveputforwardtoadoptingthedifferentcontrolstrategyonthedifferentbusinesslinks
