摘要
食品质量安全直接影响社会稳定和人们健康，它是食品企业的首要社会责任。近年来食品安全事件频频发生，食品安全形势十分严峻。文章通过分析食品安全问题的主要表现，引发对食品企业的社会责任的探讨，揭示食品安全问题背后的利益链关系，旨在引导企业树立正确的价值观，履行企业本身的社会责任。本文通过综合考虑各方面的研究成果，让食品企业认识到，社会和消费者是企业的生长环境和利益的来源只有与社会和消费者形成和谐互动的关系，才能实现企业的长久可持续发展。另外，针对存在的问题，加强政府对食品安全监管力度，加大社会的监督力量，安全监控体系的建立和制度化，食品安全法规制定和保障体系建立，建立消费者监管的利益驱动机制，鼓励企业实现“责任赢利”，建立企业社会责任机制，以上几点将成为食品企业社会责任体系构建的重要论题。

Foodqualityandsafetydirectlyaffectsocialstabilityandpeople'shealth,itistheprimaryfoodbusinesssocialresponsibility.Inrecentyears,thefrequentoccurrenceoffoodsafety,foodsafetysituationisverygrim.ThroughanalysisoffoodsafetyissuesmainlytriggeredDiscussiononfoodcorporatesocialresponsibility,torevealtherelationshipbetweentheinterestchainbehindfoodsafetyissues,aimstoguideenterprisestoestablishthecorrectvaluestofulfilltheircorporatesocialresponsibility.Throughcomprehensiveconsiderationofallaspectsofresearch,sothatfoodcompaniesrecognizethatsocialandenvironmentalandconsumerinterestsisasourceofgrowingbusinessesandconsumersonlywithsocialinteractiontocreateaharmoniousbusinessrelationshiptoachievelong-termsustainabledevelopment.Inaddition,theexistingproblems,strengthengovernmentsupervisionoffoodsafety,strengthensupervisionandsocialforces,theestablishmentandinstitutionalizationofsafetymonitoringsystem,foodsafetyandsecuritysystemestablishedrulemakingtoestablishprofit-drivenconsumerregulatorymechanismstoencourageenterprises'responsibilityprofit",theestablishmentofcorporatesocialresponsibilitymechanisms,thesepointswillbecomeanimportanttopicoffoodCSRsystemconstruction.
