FirstcompliancereviewoftheapplicationoftheappraisalCommittee,onlythroughthecompliancereviewoftheapplicationtotakepartinadetailedreview.8.1applicationcompliancereview:doesnotmeetoneofthefollowingconditions,procuratorialAgencytosubmitapplicationthroughcompliancereviews,beinvalidated:(1)applicationoftheformats,contents,meettherequirementsofselectedfiles,powersofAttorney,declarationsbythelegalrepresentativeandthetenderagentapplicationtomeettherequirements;(2)licenceandabiddingagentqualificationsmeettherequirements;(3)thesimilarprojecttenderingagencyagentnumberandprovideproofofmaterialcompliance;(4)thetenderingAgencyintendstoputintothisprojectthenumberofprofessionalstomeettherequirements;(5)areintendedtotheagentoftheprojectasaprojectmanagerhassimilarprojectsthenumberofandreferencestomeettherequirements;(6)nofraudcase.8.2applicationreviewindetailtheEvaluationCommitteethroughcompliancereviewswillbeselectedfordetailedreviewoftheapplication.8.2.1tenderagentinstitutionssimilarprojecttenderperformancerequirements(16points)tenderagentinstitutionssimilarprojecttenderperformance16points,bytwopartcomposition(1)agentsimilarprojectofcumulativebidamountscoredcalculationrulesfor:Agentwaterprojectbidamount(onJanuary1,2007hashasbidnoticeforassociate)cumulativeeachreached100millionYuanhave2points,waterprojectcumulativebidamountscoredupnotover6points.Inaddition,completesabidworthmorethan500millionyuanintotal1minute,butotheritemsscoreaccumulatedwinningamountuptoamaximumof6points.(2)calculationruleforthenumberofagentssimilarprojects:proxybidamount(sinceJanuary1,2007winningnoticeshallprevail)biddingprojectsinmorethan50millionYuanby2points,buttheAgencyprojectsthenumberofscoresupto3minutes.8.2.2tobeagentsoftheconstructionprojectasaprojectmanagerinthesameprojectperformance(10points)ProjectManageragentperformancescoresincludingagentsofthebiddingagenciesofsimilarprojects,aswellasinothersimilarprojecttenderingagencyserviceagentduringperformance.Total10ProjectManageragentperformance,madeupoftwopart
