互联网金融背景下商业银行发展策略研究

摘要：近年来，随着网络技术和移动通信技术的普及，互联网金融在我国日益兴起，并以其便捷、高效、低成本等特点逐渐获得人们广泛认可。互联网金融的快速发展在为人们带来便利的同时，也对商业银行造成了巨大的影响。在互联网金融与商业银行竞争不断加大时，商业银行紧跟时代步伐，改革发展模式，加强了互联网金融产品的开发和推广，试图创新出特色产品来维持经营。本文是以商业银行为视角，研究其在互联网金融背景下的发展策略。首先，从互联网金融方式、机构、规模、用户四方面介绍互联网金融发展现状和发展趋势，然后，分析互联网金融对商业银行的影响，主要从中介角色、业务、客户源、盈利模式、经营模式层面介绍，最后，结合商业银行自身优势提出发展策略，主要有打造专属互联网金融产品、加大科技投入、提高风险控制能力、加强与互联网金融公司的合作等。

Abstract:Inrecentyears,withthepopularizationofnetworktechnologyandmobilecommunicationtechnology,theInternetfinancialemerginginourcountry,andforitsconvenience,highefficiencyandlowcostgraduallywidelyendorsed.TherapiddevelopmentofInternetfinancialforpeoplebringconvenient,alsocausedahugeimpactoncommercialBanks.IncreasingcompetitionintheInternetfinanceandcommercialbank,commercialBankstokeeppace,reformanddevelopmentmode,strengthenthedevelopmentandpopularizationoftheInternetfinancialproducts,tryingtostayinbusinessinnovationwithcharacteristicproducts.ThisarticleisbasedontheperspectiveofcommercialBanks,thepaperstudiesdevelopmentstrategyunderthebackgroundoftheInternetfinancial.Firstofall,fromthewayoffinancial,institutional,scale,userfouraspectstointroducetheInternetfinancialdevelopmentpresentsituationanddevelopmenttrend,then,analyzedtheinfluenceoftheInternetfinancialofcommercialBanks,mainlyfromtheintermediaryrole,business,customersource,profitmodel,businessmodelisintroduced,finally,combinedwiththeadvantagesofcommercialbankdevelopmentstrategyisputforward,mainlytobuildexclusiveInternetfinancialproducts,increaseinvestmentinscienceandtechnology,improvetheriskcontrolability,strengthenthecooperationwithInternetfinancialcompanies,etc.
