基于JSP的人力资源管理系统
摘要

在当今的信息化社会，为了更有效率地工作，人们充分利用现在的电子信息技术，在办公室架设起办公服务平台，将人力资源相关信息统一起来管理，帮助管理者有效组织降低成本和加速增长来创造价值链利润。因此开发一个界面友好、易于操作的人力资源管理系统十分重要。
本文主要介绍人力资源管理系统，采用自顶向下的结构化系统分析方法，系统是基于MyEclipse来设计开发的，数据库采用MySQL。系统分为前台和后台两个部分，前台实现了员工的个人薪酬查询，月度考核查询及参与公司调查功能；后台实现了管理员的个人密码管理，员工信息管理，绩效考核管理，薪酬福利管理，调查项目管理和月度考核管理功能。
人力资源管理系统可使企业降低人工成本，提高人事管理的效率，具有管理方便、可靠性高、存储量大等优点，为企业的职员信息管理提供实用的管理工具。

Abstract

Intoday'sinformationsociety,inordertoworkmoreefficiently,peoplemakefulluseofelectronicinformationtechnology,setupintheofficefromofficeservicesplatformthatwillunifyhumanresourcesmanagement-relatedinformationtohelpmanagerseffectivelyreducethecostandacceleratethegrowthoftheorganizationtocreatevaluechainprofit.Therefore,thedevelopmentofauser-friendly,easytooperatesystemofhumanresourcemanagementisveryimportant.
Thispaperdescribesthehumanresourcemanagementsystem,usingatop-downstructuredsystemsanalysis,systemdesignisbasedonMyEclipsedevelopment,databaseusingMySQL.Systemisdividedintotwopartsofforegroundandbackground,theforegroundfeaturesare:personalemolumentsinquiries,inquiriesandparticipatingcompaniesmonthlyassessmentsurvey;backgroundfeaturesare:Personalpasswordmanagement,employeeinformationmanagement,performanceappraisalmanagement,compensationandbenefitsmanagement,projectmanagementandmonthlyassessmentsurveymanagement.
Humanresourcemanagementsystemwillenableenterprisestoreducelaborcosts,improvepersonnelmanagementefficiency,easeofmanagement,highreliability,storagecapacity,etc.,toprovidepracticalmanagementtoolforenterpriseinformationmanagementstaff.
