基于西门子PCS7的锅炉综合过程控制
摘要
锅炉是一种能量转换设备，在我国的国民经济发展中占有着重要的地位，电力、机械、化工、冶金、纺织、食品、造纸等行业,以及工业和民用采暖都有着锅炉的身影。以工业上最常见的自然循环锅炉作为被控对象，根据锅炉的主要控制参数，成分，温度，压力，流量，液位，区分来说就是锅炉的产汽量，过热蒸汽出口温度以及压力，燃料量，汽包水位，烟气含氧量，风量，炉膛负压等等，并分析其工艺流程和动态特性的，结合安全、稳定等控制要求设计出了锅炉系统的总体控制方案。采用SMPT-1000仿真过程控制设备，根据控制方案三个层次的要求：生产要求，安全要求和优化要求以及锅炉的详细控制参数，设计工程有前馈-串级控制系统，串级控制系统，双闭环比值控制系统，前馈-反馈控制系统和单回路控制系统，并使用西门子集散控制系统DCS中PCS7软件编程，编程顺序有OS组态，AS组态，组态下载，CFC连续功能图与SFC顺序功能图的编译与下载，WINCC的在线监控以达到优化控制系统的设计目的。

Abstract
Boilerisakindofenergyconversiondevice,inourcountry,thedevelopmentofnationaleconomy,playsanimportantrole,electricpower,machinery,chemicalindustry,metallurgy,textile,food,paperandotherindustries,andindustrialandcivilheatinghasafigureoftheboiler.Inindustrythemostcommonnaturalcirculationboilerasacontrolledobject,accordingtothemaincontrolparametersoftheboiler,composition,temperature,pressure,flow,level,distinguishitisboilersteamproductionquantity,superheatedsteamoutlettemperatureandpressure,theamountoffuel,drumwaterlevel,oxygencontentinfluegases,air,vacuumfurnaceandsoonandanalysistheprocessanddynamiccharacteristics,combiningwiththesafeandstablecontrolrequirementstodesignthecontrolschemeoftheoverallsystemofboiler.Thesmpt-1000simulationprocesscontrolequipment,accordingtotherequirementsofthecontrolschemeofthreelevel:productionrequirements,safetyrequirementsandrequirementsandboilerwithcontrolparameteroptimization,engineeringdesignwithfeedforwardcascadecontrolsystem,cascadecontrolsystem,thedoubleclosedloopratiocontrolsystem,feedforwardfeedbackcontrolsystemandasingleloopcontrolsystem,andtheuseofSiemensdistributedcontrolsystemDCSPCS7softwareprogrammingandsequentialprogrammingwithOSconfiguration,configurationofatherosclerosis,downloadconfiguration,CFCcontinuousfunctionaldiagramandtheSFCsequentialfunctionchart,compileanddownload,WinCConlinemonitoringtoachievetooptimalcontrolsystemisdesigned.
