摘要

随着世界经济不断发展，经济全球化不断加深，科技革命不断推进，国际分工进一步深化，综合国力的竞争已成为各国竞争的焦点。科学技术是综合国力的重要部分，我国的技术水平与发达国家相比仍存在一定差距，技术引进是我国提高技术水平，缩小与发达国家差距的重要手段，对这一领域的研究具有重要的意义。
本文首先引进技术贸易的概念，全面诠释了积极发展对外技术贸易的重要性，然后，介绍了中国技术引进的现状及其存在的一些问题，分析了问题产生的原因，最后结合我国技术引进的实际情况提出了解决我国技术引进中所存在问题的一些相应对策。

Abstract
Withthecontinuousdevelopmentoftheeconomy,furtherdeepeningofeconomicglobalization,pushforwardscientificandtechnologicalrevolutioniscontinuing,thecompetitionofcomprehensivenationalstrengthhasbecomethefocusofcompetitionamongcountries,scienceandtechnologyareanimportantpartofthecomprehensivenationalstrength.Comparedwithdevelopedcountries,ourtechnologylevelstilllow.Theintroductionoftechnologyisanimportantmeanstoimproveourtechnicallevelandnarrowthegapbetweendevelopedcountries,itisofsignificanceoftheresearchinthisfield.
Thisarticlefirstintroducedtheconceptoftechnologytrade,andmadeacomprehensiveinterpretationoftheimportanceofthepositivedevelopmentoftechnologyintroductionininternationaltrade.Andthenintroducedthecurrentsituationofourtechnologyimportsandtheproblemsexisted,analysedthecausesoftheseproblems.Finally,providedsomecountermeasurestosolveit.
