挤出机，主机是挤塑机，它由挤压系统、传动系统和加热冷却系统组成。挤出机是一种常见的塑料机械设备，近年来，中国常规挤出机及生产线，以优异的性价比逐渐走俏国际巿场。同时，中国在先进挤出技术领域不断创新，开拓出了多种新型挤出产品。精密挤出技术适应高精加工需要
精密挤出成型可以免去后续加工手段，更好地满足制品应用的需求，同时达到降低材料成本、提高制品质量的目的。如今，满足塑料制品精密直接挤出的需要，多种成熟的技术已经推向巿场，聚合物熔体齿轮泵就是其中一种重要手段。这一技术已经广泛应用于化纤、薄膜、型材、管材、板材、线缆、复合挤出、造粒等生产线。单螺杆塑料挤出机采用单个减速机、单个螺筒、螺杆采用正规型材、优质碳素钢。
特殊要求采用高强度耐腐蚀的合金钢经多级热处理和精加工而成，脱水排气，可配导热油节能装置，能耗比低。此次设计说明书根据具体参数的计算和工况的分析，从而制定了总体的控制方案。经过各种方案对比后，设计出挤出机低速轴齿轮的设计。
