摘要 变速箱是一种封闭在刚性壳体内的独立传动装置。其功能是用来降低转速、增大转矩、把原动机的运动和传给工作机。减速器结构紧凑、效率较高、传递运动准确可靠、使用用维修省事、可以成批量的生产、因此应用的十分广泛。本课题减速器主要由传动件、轴、轴承和箱体四部分组成,其传动件有采用直齿轮传动。箱体采用中等强度的铸铁铸造而成。为省事安装,箱体制成剖分式,剖分面与轴线平行且重合。 关键词:直齿圆锥齿轮,变速箱,设计,CAD。 ABSTRACT Areducerisanindependenttransmissiondeviceenclosedinarigidshell.Itsfunctionistoreducerotationspeed,increasetorque,andpassthemotionofprimemoverontotheworkstation.Reducersarecompactandefficient.Movementtransmissionisdependableandaccurate.Reducersareeasytouseandrepair.Adaptabletomassproduction,socanbeusedforawiderangeofapplications.Inthisstudyreducersarecomposedprimarilyofthetransmissiondevice,axle,bearingandcasing.Thetransmissiondeviceutilizesdirectgeardrive.Thecasingiscastwithmediumstrengthcastiron.Tofacilitateinstallation,thecasingismadesplitmechanicalstyle,withthedivisionparallelandcoincidingwiththeaxis.
