岗位职责:1、负责公司产品系列款式设计、研发、开发花型图案设计、工艺设计和配色等工作;2、与打样工厂沟通,将思路变成成品;3、收集市场流行设计信息并进行分析,提供产品开发参考;
任职要求:
1、服装设计、艺术设计、美术、织染等相关专业毕业,三年以上家用纺织品的设计经验---非常重要。2、能察觉国内外最新纺织设计潮流,独立开展产品设计。3、精通家纺产品花稿、款式、工艺设计,具有优秀的创新意识和较强的手绘功底,扎实的美术功底;较强的色彩及流行元素敏感度,想象力丰富;对家纺行业流行趋势和设计潮流有敏锐洞察力;4、熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator等产品设计相关软件以及Office办公软件;5、具备面料常识和工艺知识,熟悉相关的纺织品工艺和技术要求,对家用纺织品面料有基本的了解。6、有良好的沟通、协调和组织能力;具有良好的职业素养、团队合作意识。

Abouttheassignment
ProductionEngineerwillberesponsibleforavarietyofresponsibilitiesasbelow:
-Leadtherunningrangetowardsthesuppliersandsecurethesupplychainisrobustwithaneffectivequalitymanagementsystem,rightqualityandfullcompliancetoIKEArequirementsatalltime
-Responsibleforsupplierdevelopmentforqualityandmanufacturingwithalongtermviewtoidentifyandimplementactionofrelatedprojectstosecuresuppliersproductioncanachievequality,capacity,throughputandcostexpectation;
-Responsibleforcontinuouslyimprovethesupplier’sproductionprocesses
