彩盒印后加工工艺设计

摘要：当今，人们对彩盒的外观要求越来越高。而满足这一需求的主要途径，就是对彩盒进行精加工。通过修饰和装潢，提高彩盒的档次和质量。据有关资料统计，好的包装可以使彩盒的销售额提高15%。印后加工的每一环节都是相互联系、相互制约的，只要其中某一道工序出了问题，都会对彩盒的最后成型造成很大的影响。在节约成本、降低损耗、减少环境污染的前提下，对彩盒的印后加工工艺进行优化设计；
论文首先对印后加工做了整体概述，介绍了印后加工的重要性，针对印后加工存在的一些问题进行分析，并展望印后加工的发展；接下来，详细介绍了彩盒印后加工常用的工艺，如覆膜、上光、模切压痕、烫金，及加工过程中应注意的事项；第三章提出了印后加工的技术要求，如在上光过程中如何调节温度、压力及速度，达到最佳效果；第四章通过实例分析，对彩盒的印后加工工艺进行优化设计。最后，对课题进行总结和概括，提出在印后加工中如何节省成本、减少对环境污染的一些建议。

ABSTRACT:Nowadays,Thedemandonappearanceofcolorboxisbecominghigherandhigher.Themainapproachtosatisfythisdemandistocarryonfinishmachiningtothecolorbox.Throughdecoratingandmounting,improvethegradeandqualityofthecolorbox.Itisindicatedthatgoodpackagingcanmakethesalesamountofthecolorboxraiseby15%.Everylinkofpost-pressprocessingconnectseachother,restrictseachother.Solongassomeprocessgoeswrong,itwillcausegreatinfluenceonthelastshapingofthecolorbox.Onthepremiseofeconomizingthecost,reducingloss,reducingenvironmentalpollution,carryonoptimizationdesigntothepost-pressprocessingtechnology
Aboveall,givethewholesummaryofpost-pressprocessing,thenintroducetheimportanceofpost-pressprocessing,analyzetheproblemsexistinginpost-pressprocessing,Andthen,introducethemaintechnologyofpost-pressprocessingindetail,suchaslaminating、varnishing、gildinganddie-cutting.Itisalsoveryimportanttocontrolthebesttemperature、pressureandthespeedinthepost-pressprocessing.putforwardthespecificationrequirementinthethirdchapter;carryonoptimizationdesigntothepost-pressprocessingtechnologyofthecolorboxthroughanalyzingtheinstanceinchapterfour.Finally,givesomesuggestiononhowtoreducethecostandenvironmentalpollution.
