施工企业物资管理存在问题及对策研究

摘要

物资管理是施工项目管理的重要组成部分，贯穿于整个施工全过程。物资管理对保证施工项目的顺利进行、降低成本和提高效益，起着举足轻重的作用。然而目前施工企业物资管理还存在HYPERLINK\l_Toc18392企业对物资管理重视不够，计划管理工作薄弱HYPERLINK\l_Toc36，重供应轻管理现象严重HYPERLINK\l_Toc27467，物资管理人才缺乏的问题，大大提升了企业物资管理成本，延长了企业物资管理的计划步骤，解决施工企业物资管理还存在的问题刻不容缓，对企业的长远发展具有重大意义。本文从施工企业物资管理的概述入手，针对物资管理存在的问题，提出推行项目经济活动分析，与供应商建立稳定的合作关系；加强物资采购管理及验收工作；加强储备资本、生产资本的控制管理；运用计算机平台规范物资作业程序；重视对物资从业人员的培训与引进的解决办法。

Abstract

Materialsmanagementistheconstructionofanimportantpartofprojectmanagement,perforativeatwholeconstructionprocess.Materialmanagementtoensureconstructionprojectscarriedoutsmoothly,reducecostsandimproveefficiency,playadecisiverole.Howeverthecurrentmaterialmanagementofconstructionenterprisestillexistingenterprisematerialmanagementseriouslyinsufficient,planmanagementisweak,heavysupplylightmanagementphenomenonisserious,materialsmanagementpersonnelshortageproblem,greatlyenhancetheenterprisematerialmanagementcost,lengthentheenterprisematerialmanagementplanstep,solveconstructionenterprisematerialmanagementproblemsstillexistbrooknodelay,totheenterpriselong-termdevelopmentisofgreatsignificance.Thisarticlefromthestartwithanoverviewofthematerialmanagementofconstructionenterprisematerialmanagement,aimingattheexistingproblems,putforwardtocarryouttheprojectanalysisofeconomicactivity,withsupplierstoestablishstablerelationsofcooperation;strengthenmaterialpurchasingmanagementandinspectionwork;strengthenthereservecapital,capitalmanagement;computerplatformspecificationmaterialsoperatingprocedures;emphasisonmaterialpractitionersthetrainingandintroductionofsolution.
