家园合作存在的问题与对策研究
摘要
儿童作为一个国家未来的希望，相应的幼儿教育更是整个社会广泛关注的问题，随着社会的逐渐发展与进步，现如今的幼儿教育也已日渐完善。今天的幼儿教育，已形成了以全面培养幼儿素质为核心，以促进儿童健全人格为目的的教育发展模式。其中家园合作更是在幼儿教育模式中脱颖而出，它完美的将家长、幼儿与教师三者紧密联合在一起，三者通过家园合作的模式三向互动，能给儿童带来极好的体验，健康快乐的成长。
家园合作模式能够将幼儿家庭与幼儿园之间紧密的结合起来，使幼儿对幼儿园不在产生上学的感觉，而是当做了另一个家，幼儿园的小伙伴也被当做了彼此之间的兄弟姐妹。随着时代的发展，家园合作的幼儿教育模式也被迅速推广，并对我国的幼儿教育事业起到了良好的促进作用。随着家园合作的推进，随着而来的也会产生一些相应的问题。其中最突出，也是影响最广泛的问题就是幼儿的主题地位与家庭的不平等，严重的滞了整个幼儿教育事业的发展进度。通过问卷调查，我们详细的统计了现今的家园合作模式下，产生的一系列问题，并对其进行了认真的研究与总结，对此我们也提出了改进的措施。

Abstract
Asacountry'sfuturehope,thecorrespondingearlychildhoodeducationisaproblemthatthewholesocietypayscloseattentionto.Withthegradualdevelopmentandprogressofthesociety,thecurrentearlychildhoodeducationhasalsobeengraduallyimproved.Today'searlychildhoodeducationhasformedaneducationaldevelopmentmodelwiththecoreofcomprehensivelycultivatingthequalityofyoungchildrenandpromotingthehealthypersonalityofchildren.Thecooperationbetweenthehomeandthegardenisintheearlychildhoodeducationmode.Itperfectlycombinestheparents,thechildrenandtheteachers.Thethreeinteractthroughthemodeofhomecooperation,whichcanbringexcellentexperiencetochildren.Happygrowth.
Thehome-basedcooperationmodelcancloselyintegratethechildren'sfamilyandthekindergarten,sothatthechildrendonotfeellikegoingtoschoolinkindergarten,butwhentheydoanotherhome,thekindergartenpartnersarealsotreatedasbrothersandsisters.Withthedevelopmentofthetimes,theearlychildhoodeducationmodelofhomecooperationhasalsobeenrapidlypromoted,andhasplayedagoodroleinpromotingthecauseofearlychildhoodeducationinChina.Withtheadvancementofhomecooperation,therewillbesomecorrespondingproblems.Amongthem,themostprominentandthemostinfluentialproblemisthechild'sthemestatusandfamilyinequality,whichseriouslystagnatetheprogressofthedevelopmentoftheentireearlychildhoodeducation.Throughquestionnairesurvey,wehavedetailedstatisticsonaseriesofproblemsarisingfromthecurrenthomecooperationmodel,andhavecarriedoutseriousresearchandsummaryonthem.Wehavealsoproposedimprovementmeasures.
