浅谈网络舆论的社会引导 定稿.docx

摘要
20世纪90年代以后，互联网成为社会舆论的的主要战地，延伸出一种全新的传播方式—网络舆论。随着互联网的应用和普及，网络已成为被国际公认的继传播媒体之后的全新媒体，网络舆论在“第四媒体”的传播下，已经成为社会舆论的主要形式并对社会产生越来越大的影响。网络舆论在带来积极作用的同时也带来了一些负面影响，如“网络暴力”等。在这种背景下，如何发挥网络舆论社会引导的积极影响，以发挥网络舆论的建设性作用是目前学者对网络舆论研究的重点方向。
为了发挥网络舆论社会引导的积极作用，本文就网络舆论社会引导这一角度进行研究。本文共分为四章，第一章讲述本研究的背景﹑意义，目前网络舆论相关研究现状以及相关研究思路；第二章主要讲述网络舆论及网络舆论引导的相关概念，以对下文做铺垫；第三章利用案例“郭美美事件”对网络舆论的形成过程进行分析；第四章对提出现存的网络舆论引导存在的问题及对策。

Abstract
Sincethe1990s,theInternethasbecomethemainbattlefieldofpublicopinion,extendingabrand-newmodeofcommunication-Internetpublicopinion.WiththeapplicationandpopularizationoftheInternet,theInternethasbecomeaninternationallyrecognizedbrand-newmediaafterthemedia.Withthespreadofthe"fourthmedia",theInternetpublicopinionhasbecomethemainformofsocialpublicopinionandhasexertedmoreandmoreinfluenceonthesociety.Internetpublicopinionhasbroughtpositiveeffectsaswellassomenegativeeffects,suchas"Internetviolence".Underthisbackground,howtoexertthepositiveinfluenceofthesocialguidanceofnetworkpublicopiniontoplaytheconstructiveroleofnetworkpublicopinioniscurrentlythefocusofscholars'researchonnetworkpublicopinion..
Inordertogivefullplaytothepositiveroleofthesocialguidanceofnetworkpublicopinion,thispaperstudiesthesocialguidanceofnetworkpublicopinionfromthisangle.Thispaperisdividedintofourchapters.Thefirstchapterdescribesthebackgroundandsignificanceofthisresearch,thecurrentresearchstatusofInternetpublicopinionandrelatedresearchideas.Thesecondchaptermainlytellstherelatedconceptsofnetworkpublicopinionandnetworkpublicopinionguidance,inordertopavethewayforthefollowing;Thethirdchapterusesthecase"GuoMeimeiincident"toanalyzetheformationprocessofnetworkpublicopinion.Thefourthchapterputsforwardtheexistingproblemsandcountermeasuresintheguidanceofnetworkpublicopinion.
