摘要
目前，随着经济的不断发展，互联网与金融行业的交叉越来越明显，从而衍生出互联网金融这一新型领域。并且逐渐发展成为热门领域，因而取得了快速发展的契机，其成长速度与发展规模远远超过其他行业，所以对互联网金融的监管问题也变得越来越受到重视。
互联网金融，是指银行等老牌金融机构与信息网络服务企业之间相互联结，借助网络与通信技术，实现资金的支付结算等业务的新类型金融模式。其典型特点是成本较低，但效率高、覆盖面广以及发展速度快，同样，互联网金融也存在着缺点，即管理弱、风险大。
本文围绕着互联网金融中存在的监管问题展开探讨，首先对互联网金融的含义进行界定，与传统的金融区别开来，其次探讨互联网金融具有的基本特征和发展的趋势，以及互联网金融的监管现状以及其存在的主要问题，并提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract
Nowadays,withthecontinuousdevelopmentoftheeconomy,theintersectionbetweentheInternetandthefinancialindustryisbecomingmoreandmoreobvious,thusgivingrisetoanewfieldofInternetfinance.Andgraduallydevelopedintoahotfield,andthusobtainedtheopportunityforrapiddevelopment,itsgrowthrateanddevelopmentscalefarexceedotherindustries,sothesupervisionofInternetfinancehasbecomemoreandmoreattention.
Internetfinancereferstoanewtypeoffinancialmodelinwhichbanksandotherestablishedfinancialinstitutionsconnectwithinformationnetworkserviceenterprisestorealizethepaymentandsettlementoffundswiththehelpofnetworkandcommunicationtechnology.Itstypicalfeatureislowcost,buthighefficiency,widecoverageandrapiddevelopment,inthesameway,Internetfinancealsohasshortcomings,thatis,weakmanagement,highrisk.
ThispaperdiscussestheregulatoryproblemsexistinginInternetfinance,firstdefinesthemeaningofInternetfinance,anddistinguishesitfromtraditionalfinance.Secondly,itdiscussesthebasiccharacteristicsanddevelopmenttrendofInternetfinance,aswellasthecurrentsituationofInternetfinancesupervisionanditsmainproblems,andputsforwardcorrespondingcountermeasuresandsuggestions.
