电力市场下可中断负荷管理与定价研究.docx

【摘要】
可中断负荷管理是电力市场环境下需求侧管理的一项重要组成部分，可以刺激和鼓励用户改变消费行为和用电方式，达到削峰填谷改变负荷曲线的目的。本文首先收集整理了近几年来国内外可中断负荷管理研究领域的成果及经验，对可中断负荷做了概述。然后对可中断负荷成本效益进行了综述，分析了提前通知时间、停电持续时间、停电发生时间、缺电比率等因素对可中断负荷成本的影响，介绍了可中断负荷对提高可靠性、消除价格尖峰和减少运行费用的贡献。同时阐述了实施可中断负荷对用户、电力企业和社会带来的经济效应并举例说明。由于可中断电价的确定是实施可中断负荷管理的核心，最后在可中断电价约束条件的基础上，利用等微增率准则，重点分析了可中断电价设计模型，并通过对杭州市典型用户调查数据的模拟运算，验证了该模型的正确性和可操作性。
