索购全文在线加好友:278.121.888(同时提供论文辅导写作和学术期刊论文发表服务) 连续油管论文:预弯曲连续油管及其疲劳寿命预测 【中文摘要】目前,全世界连续油管装备与技术正大量投入到油气田现场应用。连续油管设备以其占地面积小、作业成本低、搬迁安装方便和保护油层等诸多优势而被誉为“万能作业”设备。然而,由于连续油管在作业过程中要承受弯曲、拉伸以及内压等应力的共同作用,极易发生疲劳断裂,工作寿命短,作业成本高,从而使其推广应用受到了很大限制。因此,研究提高和预测连续油管使用寿命的新技术对于石油工业具有重要的经济价值和指导意义。本文介绍了连续油管的发展历程、装备与技术;提出了预弯曲连续油管技术,该技术通过将连续油管制造成弯曲形状改善连续油管所受的弯曲应力,来提高连续油管的疲劳寿命;建立了从滚筒到注入头的预弯曲连续油管的力学分析与强度校核的新型数学模型;分析了现场作业过程中预弯曲连续油管应力循环特征;在对称循环和脉动循环下的疲劳实验数据的基础上,应用拟合法和插值法建立了任意循环下从滚筒到注入头的预弯曲连续油管的疲劳寿命预测模型;应用该模型简单预测了预弯曲连续油管和直连续油管的疲劳寿命。通过对比两种连续油管的预测寿命可得:在纯弯曲条件下,预弯曲连续油管的疲劳寿命是直连续油管疲劳寿命的2倍以上;预弯曲连续油管技术可成倍提高连续油管的疲劳寿命。 【英文摘要】Currently,alargenumberofcoiledtubingunitsandtechnologyovertheworldareputintoinoil-gasfieldapplications.Withitsmanyadvantages,suchassmallfootprint,lowoperatingcosts,easyrelocationandinstallation,protectionreservoir,wideapplication,etc.,coiledtubingunitiscomparedto“universaloperatingunit”.However,undercombinedactionsofbending,tension,internalpressureandotherstress,coiledtubinginoperationswillbefatiguefractureeasily,whichreducesworkinglife,increasesoperatingcosts,andmakestheapplicationtobegreatlyrestricted.Therefore,thestudyonthenewtechnologyimprovingandpredictingtheservicelifeofcoiledtubingisofgreateconomicvalueandguidingsignificanceforpetroleumindustry.Inthispaper,thedevelopmenthistory,unit,andtechnologyofcoiledtubingareintroduced.Pre-bendingcoiledtubingtechnologyisproposed,whichmayimprovethefatiguelifeofcoiledtubingbymakingcoiledtubinginthecurvedshapetoreducethebendingstress.Thenewmathematicalmodelsofthemechanicalanalysisandstrengthcheckfromthereeltotheinjectionheadofpre-bendingcoiledtubingareestablished.Thestresscyclingcharacteristicsofpre-bendingcoiledtubinginfieldoperationsisanalyzed;onthebasisoffatigueexperimentaldataunderthesymmetriccycleandthepulsatingcycle,withfittingandinterpolationmethod,thefatiguelifepredictionmodelofpre-bendcoiledtubingunderarbitrarycycleisestablished.Thefatiguelifeofpre-bendingcoiledtubingwiththatofthestraightcoiledtubingissimpllypredicted.Throughsimplecomp
