德邦物流配送线路优化研究

[摘要]伴随着国内经济的快速发展，作为国家重点扶持的物流产业也快速成长

起来。物流市场在壮大的同时也面临着金融危机来袭、市场竞争日趋激烈等不利
因素，这既是我国物流企业带来机遇，又是巨大的挑战。本文用首先简短的文字
介绍了德邦物流公司的基本情况及在配送线路中存在的问题，对物流配送线路优
化目标和方法进行了简单概述，然后对物流配送线路优化的方法进行了简单的概
述，最后通过节约算法，改进后的插入法，扫描法这三种方法对配送线路进行了
优化，提出物流配送线路优化的方案，并且得到了相对满意的结果。优化后的配
送线路有效提高了德邦物流公司的作业效率，降低物流成本，从而提升企业的经
济效益，并让德邦能够在激烈的竞争市场立足，同时，也可以给同类企业乃至行
业提供参考。

[Abstract]Alongwiththerapiddevelopmentofdomesticeconomy,asthenational
keysupportofthelogisticsindustryalsorapidlygrowup.Logisticsmarketin
growingatthesametimeisfacedwiththefinancialcrisishit,theunfavorable
factorssuchasmarketcompetitionbecomesmoreintense,itistheopportunityof
logisticsenterprisesinourcountry,isahugechallenge.Gravelswithbrieftext
firstintroducedthebasicsituationofthelogisticscompanyandtheproblems
existinginthedistributionline,thegoalandthemethodsoflogisticsdistribution
routeoptimizationhascarriedonthesimpleoverview,andthentothelogistics
distributionrouteoptimizationmethodtocarryonthesimplesummary,finally
throughthesavingalgorithm,theimprovedinsertmethodandscanningmethodofthese
threemethodsareoptimizedfordistributionlines,logisticsdistributionroute
optimizationschemeisputforward,andarelativelysatisfactoryresultsare
obtained.Optimizeddistributionlineseffectivelyimprovethegravelslogistics
company'sefficiency,reducelogisticscosts,therebyimproveenterpriseeconomic
benefits,andgravelscaninthefiercemarketcompetition,atthesametime,also
canprovideareferenceforsimilarenterprisesandeventheindustry.
