基于XML模式的制造信息集成规范的研究

摘要:在网络化制造环境下,为有效实现基于可扩展标记语言和Web服务技术的企业应用集成,需要制造
统一的基于可扩展标记语言模式的信息集成规范,以定义异构系统间数据交换的内容和格式。为此,探讨了制造
信息集成规范的制定方法和相关技术。首先,对制造数据交换标准和业界结合可扩展标记语言进行的研究工作进
行了总结分析,并在此基础上提出了制造信息集成规范的研究内容;针对制造数据交换的结构复杂等特点,提出了
兼容性、实用性、通用性、可扩展性和标准性的规范制定原则,以及对产品数据与制造过程数据分别采取基于产品
模型数据交换标准的映射和重新定义新的标记语言的方法。最后,提出了可扩展、模块化集成规范设计的支撑技
术与工具,并对集成规范的建立和实施前景进行了说明。

cationofinformationintegrationbasedonXMLschema,whichdefinesthecontentandformatofdataexchangea2
mongheterogeneoussystems.Accordingtotheneeds,methodsandrelatedtechnologiestosetupintegrationspecifi2
cationwerepresented.Atfirst,themanufacturingdataexchangestandardsandcorrelativestudiesmadewithXML
weresummarized,thentheresearchcontentofintegrationspecificationaboutmanufacturinginformationbasedon
XMLschemawasproposed.Becauseofthecomplexityofmanufacturingdataexchange,theprinciplessuchascom2
patibility,practicability,universality,extensibilityandstandardization,werediscussed,thenthemethodsofmapping
fromSTandardfortheExchangeofProductdatamodel(STEP)anddefinitionofnewmarkuprespectivelyaccording
tothedataexchangeaboutproductandmanufacturingprocesswereputforward.Finally,thekeytechnologiesto
designextensibleandmodularizedintegrationspecificationwerepresented.Inaddition,theimplementationprospect
ofthespecificationwasalsoexplained.
