熟地泽泻药对配比改变对庆大霉素耳毒性
离体细胞模型的作用比较

摘要:目的:观察熟地(radixrehmanniaepreparata)与泽泻(RhizomaAlismatis)组成的药对在不同剂量配比
下对庆大霉素(GM)损伤毛细胞的不同保护作用,寻找其最佳剂量配比。方法:复制内耳螺旋器体外培养GM损
伤模型,参照基线等比增减设计,对熟地、泽泻设8个剂量配比组,通过耳蜗毛细胞计数观察不同剂量配比下熟
地、泽泻对GM损伤耳蜗内、外毛细胞损失率的影响。结果:全耳蜗计数结果显示,熟地泽泻在8B3、8B8、0B3、0B8
配比下,外毛细胞损失率在全耳蜗范围内较GM模型组有明显下降(P<0.01)。其他配比组与模型组无统计学
差异。结论:熟地泽泻在不同配比下对毛细胞损失率的影响呈现出一种非线性的量效关系,原方配比(8B3)及其
他配比(8B8、0B3、0B8)属最佳配比。

Alismatis)prescriptionsindifferentproportionongentamycindamagedhearinghaircells.Methods:Themodelofgenta-
micininducedototoxicityincochlearcultureswascopied.Cochlearorganotypicculturesofpostnatalday3~5(P3~P5)
miceweretreatedwithgentamycinaloneorincombinationwitheightrespectiveShudi-Zexieprescriptionsindifferent
proportion.Theeffectsoftheprescriptionsongentamicininducedhaircelllosswereobserved.Result:Haircellcounting
dataofthewholeorganofcortishowedthat,comparedwiththemodelgroup,thecombinationofShudiandZeixeinratio
of8B3,8B8,0B3and0B8candecreasethehaircelllossratiosignificantly(P<0.01),whilethereshowednoobvious
differenceoftheotherdescriptions.Conclusion:Thegeneralinfluenceonthegrosscelldamagerateofthecombinationof
ShudiandZexieshowedanonlineardose-effectrelationship.Theoriginalrecipe(8B3)andtheotherprescriptions
(8B8、0B3、0B8)beongstothemostoptimalproportionscales.
