第二段就要看出题的意图了。有可能指校庆的流程，那就注意层次，如：Iwouldliketointroducethewholeplanoftheceremony.Tobeginwith..........Then,.........Atnight.....注意层次的变化，中间可举例和具体化，如说下开会活动的主题，地点，参与者啦。也可能会写学校的变化，参观公司的程序等，第二段大同小异，拓展法按上课的就好。
第三段可能是提醒注意事项，比如让写回执，注意带的东西，注意语气就好。最后再表达真挚的期待和邀请。
