[摘要]自从20世纪50年代中期世界上第一座商业核电站投产以来，核能技术上日益成为成熟、安全、经济及清洁的新能源，随着人们越来越重视温室效应以及能源日益紧缺，积极推进核电建设已成为我国能源建设的一项非常重要的政策。我国核电建设已经进入了一个高速发展时期，为避免核电站发生泄漏事故污染环境，政府、核电站建设及运行企业应妥善落实相应的环境责任，所以在当前的形势下非常有必要研究核电站建设及运行的环境责任。通过岭澳核电站履行环境责任研究分析，意在解决在当今我国大规模发展核电的背景下，研究如何确保核电企业有效履行环境责任。本文通过核电站环境责任研究的背景及文献介绍、国内外研究情况、岭澳核电站履行环境责任情况及分析、岭澳核电站的环境责任问题及原因分析等，主要探讨如何通过核电站环境风险管理、环境绩效管理、技术设计管理、施工建设管理及设备制造管理及环境管理意识的提升，使核电站相关企业能有效履行环境责任，岭澳核电站如何履行环境责任对其它核电站具有一定的借鉴作用。
