POSITIONOBJECTIVEProvideoveralltechnicalleadershiptotheChinaengineeringteam.WorkcloselywithUSR&DcenteronChinaengineeringprogrammainlyfocusonautomobilepartsre-engineeringdesign.MeanwhileprovidethetechnicalsupporttotheAsiasourcingteam.MAINRESPONSIBILITIES1.WorkwithUSR&DcentertodeveloptheChinaengineeringprogramandtasks.2.ProvideleadershipforChinaengineeringteamincludingmechanicalengineer,electronicengineeranddesigndrafter.
3.Developtheengineeringprocessincludingdrawingreview,auditandapproval,etc.4.AssurethetechnicalapproachsatisfiesUSteam&customerrequirements;useglobalengineeringtoolsandfullyimplementtheRPDprocess5.Implementplansandmanagesresourcestoensurethatproductdevelopment,schedule,technicalandcostobjectivesaremet.6.Evaluateandimplementnewtechnologiesintoproductdesignsormanufacturing.7.Developandmaintainacompetentandmotivatedtechnicalstaff.8.CooperateandcollaboratewithUSengineeringteamsandpresentprogramstatusreportstoUSengineeringleaderandChinaoperationleader
