近年来随着经济的发展,人民的生活水平的不断提高,对食的要求也不断提

高,由此而带来餐饮业的消费持续增长,餐饮行业利润不断增加同时,竞争愈

愈激烈,如何提高餐饮企业自身竞争力,实现高效低成本的管理运营,是每一

餐饮企业需面对的问题。然而在餐饮多数企业的日常运作中,还是靠人工管

理,

从原材料入库到客人点单,再到结账基本上由人工完成记录,这样做不仅耗

费人

力资源而且容易导致记录丢失或重复等错误,造成管理水平低下。所以应用

技术,对餐饮行业中的业务流程进行分析设计,开发出一套适用中小型餐饮

企业

的餐饮管理系统是可行的。

系统主要针对餐饮企业中昀为主要的业务流程,即从预定、下单、点菜到进

入厨房处理队列,直至结账这一业务流程进行管理,同时也对餐饮企业中的

货物,

及财务方面提供数据管理功能。

系统采用C#作为开发语言,.NETFrameWork作为开发平台,使用Visual

Studio2008开发环境,系统数据库使用SQLServer2005。系统的整个设计

及开发

过程,均严格按照软件工程理论进行详细论述。
