摘要统应用效果分析。包括负库存管理系统应用效果分析，库存管理的管理控制目标，目前，零售企业竞争激烈，只有深化管理，细化管理，提高运营效率，才能在竞争中占得一席之地。库存管理作为零售企业的重要管理内容，已经引起了零售企业的高度重视。因此，借助计算机信息技术的强大运算能力，对大量的数据进行处理分析，为精细化库存管理提供数据支持，就显的尤为重要。本文以山东零售龙头企业一YZ集团超市库存管理为例，结合自身工作的实际情况，针对大型超市库存管理与信息管理技术上的结合应用，提出了需求与设想。旨在通过优化库存结构，降低库存占用，加速资金周转，达到提升库存管理水平的目标。本文分六个方面进行论述。第1章，引言。包括选题背景及应用意义、研究思路、研究方法等内容；第2章，超市库存管理现状分析。包括YZ集团曲阜店库存管理问题的分析以及零售业库存管理问题分析等。第3章，库存管理理论与优化库存管理。包括ABC管理理论，定期订货方法，家乐福VMI库存管理案例及如何进行商品品种优化、库存结构优化、库存ABC管理等。第4章，库存管理流程设计及系统需求。对订货管理、高库存管理、缺货管理、负库存管理、盘点管理、损耗管理等方面进行了流程设计，提出了具体的系统需求。第5章，库存管理系本文主要以实际工作为依据，对YZ集团的超市库存管理进行了深入的调研，系统为支撑的零售业超市库存管理设想。关键字：零售业超市；库存管理；分析现代配送中心的支持作用。第6章，总结。以YZ集团超市库存管理工作为实证，将理论和实践相结合，提出了建立以计算机山东大学硕士学位论文
