摘要

逆向物流是与顺向物流相对的物流过程，是一种包含了产品退回、物料替代、物品再利用、废弃物处理、维修和再制造等流程中的物流活动。它是回收和环保产业的综合，目标是对产品进行适当的处理或者恢复一部分价值。逆向物流是实现社会可持续发展的重要手段之一，采用第三方逆向物流能降低成本，提高客户服务水平。结合现代“精益生产”的需求五菱物流公司提出了“JIT配送”方案，快速响应客户需求。伴随业务的增加，客户需求越来越高物流成本上升，通过逆向管理降低成本就显得越来越重要。五菱物流有限公司的逆向管理分为回收逆向和退货逆向，其中回收逆向又分为非循环包装回收和可循环包装回收。对于退货逆向管理，该报告将结合“六西格玛”质量控制理论，通过持续性改进体系改进物流质量；物流包装的回收则采用“逆向物流正向控制”的思想，减少回收失误。所以该逆向管理系统设计的目标主要有三个，一是通过系统预估非循环包装物重量并对回收人员监督，减少公司物流成本。二是通过系统跟踪周转箱等工位器具状态，及时对要回收的循环包装响应，加快物流周转速度。三是通过退货中的“六西格码”质量控制图和PDCA循环改善流程减少物流原因退货数量，为“JIT配送”提供更高的服务质量实现配送“零缺陷”。

Abstract
