摘要
中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，其存在和发展对我国经济具有重要作用。但是随着我国经济体制改革不断深化，市场竞争日趋激烈，中小企业生存和发展的环境不断发生变化，再加上我国中小企业自身实力薄弱，资金不足等问题，使其发展面临种种风险，加强财务风险的控制和防范对中小企业的发展起着关键作用。因此，控制和防范财务风险对中小企业提高经营发展水平，有效防范财务风险，实现企业目标具有重要意义。
本文将立足于中小企业，从我国实际出发，从界定财务风险概念入手，研究其现状，解析其成因，借鉴有关研究成果，提供有效防范财务风险的对策和建议。研究财务风险的控制与防范是中小企业健康发展的重要保证。虽不能完全消除财务风险及其影响，但可以通过完善自身来加以防范和规避。

Abstract
Smallandmedium-sizedenterprisesinChinaareanimportantpartofthenationaleconomy,itsexistenceanddevelopmentofourcountryeconomyhasanimportantrole.ButasChina’seconomicsystemreformisdependceaselessly,marketcompetitionisintensewitheachpassingday,thesmallandmedium-sizedenterprises‘survivalanddevelopmentenvironmentisconstantlychanging,plusourcountrysmallandmedium-sizedenterpriseownstrengthisweek,theproblemsuchascapitalinadequacy,makeitsdevelopmentfacesavarietyofrisks,strengthenfinancialriskcontrolandpreventiononthedevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesplaysakeyeffectof.Therefore,thecontrolandpreventionoffinancialriskofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisetoimprovethemanagementlevelofdevelopment,effectivelyguardagainstfinancialrisk,realizethegoalofenterprisehasimportantsignificance.
Thispaperwillbebasedonsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,setoutactuallyformourcountry,fromthedefinitionoffinancialriskconceptstudyitscurrentsituation,analysisofitscauses,drawlessonsfromtherelatedresearchresults,improvetheeffectivemeasurestoguardagainstfinancialrisksandsuggestions.Studyonthecontrolandpreventionoffinancialriskisanimportantguaranteeforthehealthydevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises.Althoughnotcompletelyeliminatethefinancialriskandtheinfluence,butcanimprovethetaptotheguardandthecircumvention.
