我国加工贸易现状与发展问题的研究

21世纪以来，加工贸易始终占据我国对外贸易的“半壁江山”。据统计，我国加工贸易进出口额由2000年的2302亿美元逐步上升到2010年的29728亿美元。在此期间，中国加工贸易进出口额占中国外贸货物进出口总额的比重都稳定在48%左右。加工贸易出口以服装、鞋帽、玩具等劳动密集型产品为主。随着外商投资企业在加工贸易中的不重不断扩大，加工贸易产品结构逐步调整，机器及设备、电气及电子产品和高新技术产品等资本密集型或技术密集型的产品在加工贸易中的比重日益增加。
与此同时，我国加工贸易地区间发展却很不平衡，东部沿海地区加工贸易基础好、发展快、规模大，而中西部地区无论从发展规模还是从发展速度上看都存在较大差距。我国加工贸易的对象国主要集中于西方发达国家并积累了大量的贸易顺差，使得人民币的升值压力进一步加大，使我国和西方国家的贸易摩擦日益增多。鉴于此，我国政府制定了许多政策以促进加工贸易的转型升级。在新的政策背景下，我国将如何利用政策手段促进加工贸易转型升级已成为关注的焦点。

The21century,theprocessingtradethroughoutinChina'sforeigntrade"heavily-accentedscreams".Accordingtostatistics,China'sexportprocessingtradeintoby$2000inbilliontorisegraduallyto$2010intrillion.Inthemeantime,ChinaprocessingtradeinChina'sforeigntradeexportsaccountfortheimportandexportofgoodstheproportionofamountarestableataround48%.Processingtradeexportstoclothing,shoesandhats,andtoyslabor-intensiveproducts.Alongwiththeforeigninvestmententerprisesintheprocessingtradecontinuestoexpand,notheavyprocessingtradeproductstructureadjustgradually,machinesandequipment,electricalandelectronicproductsandhi-techproductssuchcapital-intensiveortechnology-intensiveproductsintheproportionoftheprocessingtradeisincreasing.
Atthesametime,regionaldevelopmentofChina'sprocessingtradebutisnotbalanced,theeasterncoastalareaprocessingtradeanddevelopmentquick,basedintheMidwestandscale,nomatterfromdevelopmentscaleorfromthespeedofdevelopmenthasalargegapatall.TheChineseprocessingtradeeachothercountriesmainlyfocusonthewesterndevelopedcountriesandaccumulatedthemassivetradesurplus,makingtheyuanappreciationpressuretoincrease,makeourcountryandwesterntradefrictionareviewofthis,ourcountrygovernmentmadema
