基于web的CRM系统表示层的设计与实现

摘要
CRM和ERP及SCM（SupplyChainManagement，供应链管理）等一起构成了网络时代企业核心竞争力的引擎。CRM所起的作用是实现前端互动营销与客户服务、客户支持、客户追踪、客户挖掘和客户自助，在吸引并留住客户的同时与商业伙伴和供应商保持良好关系，以期在电子商务生态系统中最大限度地挖掘和协调利用企业资源，包括信息资源、客户资源、生产资源和人力资源，拓展企业的生存空间，提升企业的核心竞争力。本文主要介绍了基于WEB的三层结构体系的CRM系统表示层的设计与实现。

TheCRMconstitutedtheengineofthenetworkagesbusinessenterprisecorecompetencieswithERPandSCM(SupplyChainManagement,supplychainmanagement)together.Afunctionforrisingisacorecompetenciestorealizesheadinteractionmarketingandcustomerservice,customersupport,customertrack,customerscoopoutwithcustomer'sself-help,indrewoncombinekeptcustomeratthesametimewithbusinesscolleaguewithsupplierkeptgoodrelation,withperiodintheelectroniccommerceecosystemsystembiggestlimitgroundscoopoutadjusttheexploitationbusinessenterpriseresourcesharmoniously,includetheinformationresources,customer'sresources,produceresourceswithhumanresource,expandbusinessenterpriseexistthespace,promotethebusinessenterprise.ThistextintroducedprimarilyaccordingtoWEBofthreethesystemofCRMoflayerconstructionsystemsesmeansthedesignofthelayerwithrealizes.
