基于层次分析法的购房决策分析

摘要：对于国人来说，住房肯定是人生最重要的事之一，那么购房当仁不让的成为了许多家庭深思熟虑的问题。就现在的购房市场而言，可以将购买人群分为两类：工薪家庭和高薪家庭。无论是哪一类家庭，他们在购房过程中都基本会考虑到房价、距市区的距离、周边环境、教育配套以及生活配套这五大因素。本文在对层次分析法的发展现况以及该理论存在的问题综述的基础上,简述了AHP解决问题的基本步骤,并从数学原理角度对AHP中的重要概念——判断矩阵一致性做了较为简单的介绍；其次，利用层次分析法的理论对同一类住房进行排序,择优选出较理想的住房，旨在使得购买更加合理,获得较大价值的目的。

Abstract：Forthepeople,houseiscertainlyoneofthemostimportantthingsinlife,thenbuyersaninsightintothemanyfamiliesconsideredproblem.Thepurchaseofthecrowdcanbeabuyersmarket,dividedintotwocategories:thepurchaseofhigh-payingfamilies,workingfamiliesbuyers.Nomatterwhattypeoffamily,theyarebasicallyinthepurchaseprocesswillbeconsideredtotheprice,Awayfromtheurban,thesurroundingenvironment,education,aswellassupportingthelifesupportingthesefivefactors.OnthebasisofthecurrentstateofdevelopmentoftheanalytichierarchyprocessaswellasthetheoreticalexistenceofreviewbrieflythebasicstepsofAHPtosolvetheproblemfromthepointofviewofmathematicalprinciplesconsistencyofjudgmentmatrixdoimportantconceptofAHP——relativelysimpleintroduction;Secondly,theuseofthetheoryoftheAnalyticHierarchyProcesssortofthesametypeofhousing,meritelectbetterhousing,designedtomakethepurchasemorereasonableforalargervalue.
