1Introduction

Hotstoveusingsimplebittypeconstanttemperaturecontrolmethod,
temperaturecontrolprecisionisnothigh,thetemperaturecontrolisof
unidirectionalrising,largeinertia,largetimedelay,time-varyingcharacteristics,
andtheheating,thermalinsulationisdependentontheresistancewireheating,
cooling,relyonthenaturalenvironmentforcoolingoraddfurnacematerial,
oncetheovershootisdifficulttousecontrolmeanstobringthetemperature.
Accordingtomathematicalmodelofcontrolledobjectisdifficulttodetermine
preciselythecharacteristics,thesystemconsistsofPLCasthecorecontroller,
accordingtothetemperaturechangeofthePIDcontroller,thecollectionof
temperaturedata,andthenthroughthePLCoutputcontrol,regulatingthyristor
conduction,toachieveaccuratecontroloftemperature.Inthispaper,the
controlobjectiscommonlyusedinthemetallurgicalindustryinHX1type
electricheatingfurnace,furnacetemperaturefor20-600°

.ThehardwaredeviceismainlycomposedofPC,programmablecontroller,
temperaturesensor,temperaturetransmitter,solidstaterelaysandelectric
heatingfurnace.Asshowninfigure1.
