摘要

随着电力体制革新的不停深入，电力多经企业的外部情况正在产生深刻变革，这要求电力多经企业要从战略的高度重新研讨其生存和生长问题。本文从阐发外部情况的影响因素和企业自身资源入手，将外部情况提供的机会、威胁与企业自身的优势、劣势进行匹配，提出了一套以电力办事市场为企业未来战略的主战场，以内部整合战略、相关多元化战略和退却战略等为主要内容，以渐进式为实施方法的保定电力多经整体生长战略。该战略是一个积极、稳妥、也不失创新性的战略。本文的研究结果对电力多经企业研讨生长战略具有一定的理论和实践意义。

Abstract
Withthedeepeningreformsofelectricitysystem,theoutsideenvironmentoftheelectricaldiversifiedundertakingsischanging,itismeaningthattheseenterprisesmustrenewtostudyhowtoliveanddevelop.Thearticlefirstlyanalysestheeffectfactorsintheoutsideenvironmentandtheresourcesofthebusinesses,then,matesthethreatsandopportunitiesoftheoutsidesurroundingswiththesuperioritiesandinferiorpositionsofthebusinesses,andraisesthestrategyoftheBaodingelectricaldiversifiedundertakings,whichisaactive,reliableandcreativeone.Accordingtothestrategy,theBaodingelectricaldiversifiedundertakingswillruntheirfunctionsintheelectricalmarket,whichistheirmainfightfield.Thestrategy,whichwillbeoperatedstepbystep,containsinsidearrangement,interrelateddiversifyandclearingparts.Theresultofthearticleisvaluabletootherswhostudytheirstrategiesintheoryandinpractice.
