HospitalofChuzhou, METHODS: Chuzhou239000,PreoperativeX-rayandCTwereperformedin50casesofthoracolumbarfracturestomeasurethepediclewidth,the AnhuiProvince,screwpathlength,thedistancesbetweenpedicles,thetransverseandsagittalscrewangle,thecompressofthevertebrace,the ChinaspinalCobb’sangle.Theindividualoptimizedrangetosafelyimplantpediclescrewswasselected.Combinedwithanatomical localization,C-armX-raywasusedtoguideoperationorientationandinspectoutcome.
