摘要目的:基于数据挖掘探讨三七类中药复方治疗冠心病的用药规律。方法:登录国家知识产权局政务服务平台,检索建库至
2022年9月9日治疗冠心病的含三七中药复方专利,利用中医传承计算平台(V3.0)软件构建治疗冠心病的三七类中药复方专利数
据库,采用频次统计、关联规则、熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法分析三七类中药复方的主治证候、治则及配伍组方规律。结果:共筛选
出治疗冠心病的三七类中药复方178个,分析得到三七类中药复方主要治疗冠心病的高频证型为气虚血瘀证、气滞血瘀证、心血瘀
阻证和痰瘀痹阻证;高频治则为益气活血、理气活血、活血化瘀、祛痰化浊和化瘀止痛。涉及中药232味,药性以温、寒为主,药味以
苦、甘、辛为主,多归肝、心、脾经。用药模式分析显示,高频药物包括三七、丹参、川芎、黄芪、冰片、瓜蒌等,核心药物组合为三七-丹
参-川芎,高频对药及角药多为三七与活血化瘀药、益气药、理气药及化浊药的配伍,聚类分析可将三七类中药复方分为4类。结论:
三七类中药复方主要治疗冠心病的4种证型,药物配伍呈“虚实兼顾、寒热并用、气血同调、燥润相济”的特点,三七-丹参-川芎为核
心组合,分别配伍活血、益气、理气、化浊药物以治疗血瘀证。
