益气脱敏汤对小儿变应性
鼻炎患者血清IgE、IL－4含量的影响

摘要:目的:研究益气脱敏汤对小儿变应性鼻炎患者血清IgE、IL－4含量的影响，及两者相关性分析。方法:60例
变应性鼻炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组采用益气脱敏汤进行治疗，对照组采用氯雷他定进行治疗，观
察并比较两组疗效及血清IgE、IL－4值变化。结果:两组治疗结束时疗效对比无显著性差异(P＞0.05)，均有较好的疗
效;但停药3个月后两组的总有效率有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。两组治疗前后血清IgE、IL－4水平的差异均有统计学意
义(P＜0.01)，治疗组血清IgE、IL－4治疗后低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论:益气脱敏汤治疗变应性
鼻炎患儿能取得良好的临床疗效，其疗效稳定持久，能降低IgE、IL－4水平，优于单纯西医治疗。

encewasstatisticallYsignificant(P＜0.01)．Conclusion:YiqiTuoMinDecoctioninthetreatMentofallergicrhinitisinchildren
canobtaingoodclinicalcurativeeffect．Theeffectisstableandlasting．ItcanreduceIgEandIL－4levels，betterthanwestern
MedicinetreatMent．

变应性鼻炎(allerqicrhinitis，AＲ)是儿童常见的病例均参照中华医学会耳鼻喉头颈外科分会制定的诊
呼吸道疾病之一，与其他变应性疾病一样，
