港口物流与区域经济互动发展探析的论文

摘要港口物流与区域经济协同发展是实现港城互动，推进港城经济一体化的重要途径。一方面，港口物流为区域经济融入全球产业链提供良好的平台，带动临港产业及腹地经济快速增长；另一方面，区域经济的增长也为港口物流提供充足的货源和资本保障，促进港口物流迅速发展。因此，探讨港口物流与区域经济的协同发展机制，客观评价两者之间的协同发展状况，为港口及区域产业发展政策的制定提供理论依据，成为一个值得研究的课题。基于港口物流与区域经济均是动态的复杂系统，研究两者之间的协同发展不能局限于单方面一对一的分析，需从系统的角度研究两者之间相互影响，相互促进的辩证联系。本文首先运用协同学理论和相关区域经济理论，从港口物流对区域经济的推动作用以及区域经济对港口物流的拉动作用两方面展开分析，总结出港口物流与区域经济的协同发展机制。接着，本文对已有的复合系统协调度模型进行综合改进，将港口物流与区域经济分别看作复合系统的两个子系统来处理，形成港口物流-区域经济复合系统协同度模型，并采用重庆市2001-2013年统计数据，展开实证研究。结果表明，重庆市港口物流与区域经济整体处于协同发展状态，且呈逐年递增的趋势，现阶段两者已经达到中度协同状态；2010年以来，重庆市区域经济发展水平略高于港口物流发展水平，港口物流对区域经济的带动作用有待加强。最后，结合实证结果，本文提出加强港口基础设施建设，完善港口集疏运体系；加强港口间的合作，合理配置区域资源；加强港城产业结构互补，打造临港产业带等三条建议来进一步提高重庆市港口物流与区域经济的协同发展水平。关键词：港口物流；区域经济；序参量；协同度模型ABSTRACTPromotingthesynergicdevelopmentbetweenportlogisticsandregionaleconomyisaneffectivewaytorealizetheinteractionofportandcity.Portlogisticscreatesagoodplatformforregionaleconomytointegrateintotheglobalindustrialchain,realizingtheprosperityofhinterlandeconomy.Atthesametime,thegrowthofregionaleconomyalsoprovidessufficientsupplyofgoodsandcapitalforportlogistics,promotingthedevelopmentofportlogistics.Itisessentialtoclarifythesynergymechanismbetweenportlogisticsandregionaleconomy,inordertoimprovethecollaborativedevelopmentlevelofmulti-systemandcreatewin-winsituation.Asportlogisticsandregionaleconomyarebothcomplexsystem,thispaperdiscussestheinteractionofthemfromaperspectiveofsysteminsteadofone-to-oneanalysis.Firstly,accordingtothesystemcoordinationtheoryandregionaleconomictheory,thispaperanalyzesthecollaborativemechanismbetweenportlogisticsandregionaleconomy.Secondly,thisarticleformulatesamulti-systemsynergydegreemodelfortherelationshipbetweenportlogisticsandregionaleconomyofChongqingin2001-2013.Thefindingofwhichdemonstratesthatthetwosubsystemsaresynergistic,andthesynergydegreeraisesastimegoby,theyreachamoderatesynergisticstatusin2013;Since2010,thedevelopmentspeedofregionaleconomyishigherthanthespeedofportlogistics,sothereissomethingmustbedonetostrengthenthepositiveimpactofportlo
