浅析企业融资环境与方式

摘要
08年的经济危机以后，很多企业面临资金问题，我国采取适度宽松的金融政策，扩展企业融资渠道，刺激经济发展，帮助企业解决融资难题，推出了创业板，关照中小企业融资。为了让企业更好地了解融资环境，更清晰地理解融资方式。本文尝试分析我国目前的融资环境。详细的阐述了我国企业融资的宏观环境和微观环境，揭示了一些我国经济环境特有的现象。在这基础上，本文简要介绍了常用的融资方式，包括直接融资，间接融资等,并对几种常见的融资方式进行了简要的分析，说明这些融资方式的市场情况，考虑企业直接融资与间接融资的相对变化。指出我国企业应依据宏观观经济环境和自身特点选择最佳融资方式。本文就构筑企业良好的融资环境提出了建议。

Abstract

08yearsofeconomiccrisis,manycompaniesarefacedwithcapital,chinaadoptedaliberalmonetarypolicy,toextendtheenterprisefinancingchannels,stimulateeconomicgrowthtohelpenterprisessolvethefinancingproblem,thesecondboard,smallandmediumenterprisesfinancing.attentiontofinancingforenterprisestobetterunderstandtheenvironment,themoreclearlyunderstandfinancingmethods.Tomakeabetterunderstandingoftheenterprisesfinancing,moreclearlyunderstandfinancingmethods.thispapertriestoanalyzethefinancingofourenvironment.thefinancingofchinaenterprisemacro-environmentandthemicroeconomicenvironment,revealedsomeofoureconomicenvironment.Onthisbasis,thispaperbrieflyintroducesthefinancing,includingthedirectfinancing,financing,andseveralcommonmodeoffinancingforabriefanalysisofthefinancingofthemarketsituationandconsiderthedirectfinancingandindirectfinancingrelativechanges.Pointedoutthatchina'senterprisesshouldbebasedonthemacroscopiceconomicenvironmentanditsowncharacteristicstochoosethebestwaytoconstruct.thefinancingofenterprisesfinancing,cultivateenterisebestwaytothefinancingproposal.
