摘要 本课题以车床夹具的设计过程为学习平台,通过查找和收集相关材料和数 据,翻阅和学习相关材料,借助于pro/e这个三维设计软件,在学习中设计, 在设计中学习。本课题着重研究了零件的加工工艺,车床夹具的外形结构,车床 夹具的装夹和拆卸以及车床夹具的关键尺寸。本课题主要的设计项目是,利用参 数化设计夹具的相关零件,利用约束关系和条件关系装配和分析夹具体,用工程 图表达夹具零件的内部结构,通过夹具的运动仿真来模拟装夹过程。本课题以设 计出精度高、效率高、使用方便、结构精简的夹具为设计目标。 关键词:车床夹具,实体建模,工程图,装配图,运动仿真 Basedonthepro/elathefixturedesign Abstract Lathefixtureofthesubjecttothedesignprocessforthelearningplatform.
