摘要

PLC技术，控制起来非常简便，并且它能够承受高温及其他的恶劣的环境条件，所以
plc比起单片机来，工业上优先使用plc，它已经成为了当代工业流水线和企业最受欢迎
的自动化控制方法。

PLC技术融合了传统的继电控制技术，现代的计算机技术，以及发达的通信技术，
专门为了工业应用和工厂设备而设计。并且具有：使用方便，编程简单，功能强，性
价比高，可靠性强，抗干扰能力强，适应性强，后期处理、维修简单方便等诸多优点，

比起单片机来更加可靠与实用，这就是人们选择plc的“”因。再加上plc小巧的外形包
装，超低的重量，和超小的功耗这些“外”因，使得plc越来越受工业企业的推崇与喜
爱。

本文论述物料自动分拣系统，主要应用PLC技术，辅助以启动装置，位置技术，现
场总线技术，电机拖动原理，电气传动技术，传感技术，自动检测技术等设计而成，对
大批的物料进行自动分拣的工作，完成分门别类的放置物料。本系统具有很多的优点，
例如，运行起来比较稳定，精度与敏捷度，自动化的程度都很高，而且非常便于使用和

控制，如果你想使用它来分装另一批货物的话，只需要动动手指，对本系统稍加修改，

对本程序稍作处理即可。

ABSTRACT

contemporaryandindustrialassemblyenterprises.

computertechnologyandcommunicationtechnologydeveloped,specificallyfor

industrialapplicationsandfactoryequipmentanddesign.Andhasthemerits

ofeasyuse,simpleprogramming,strongfunction,highprice,highreliability,

stronganti-jammingability,strongadaptability,postprocessing,maintenance

issimpleandconvenient,comparedwiththesinglechipmicrocomputertomore

appearancepackage,lowweight,andsmallpowerconsumptionforthese

makesthePLCmoreandmorerespectedandlovedinindustrialenterprises.

Inthispaper,automaticmaterialsortingsystem,themainapplicationofPLC

technology,aidedbystartingdevice,locationtechnology,fieldbustechnology,
